The Core Camp 3-30 exercise program consists of 30 minutes of exercise a day, One to three days a week. The program utilizes circuit training combining weights with bursts of cardio. This combination has been termed a metabolic workout. These workouts are the most efficient way to burn fat and increase lean muscle in the shortest amount of time. No individual is alike and every workout can be modified to comfortably challenge the individual.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Henry J. Cooke is a Chiropractic Physician who graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA in 1988. He went on to pursue an additional certification as a chiropractic sports physician at New York Chiropractic College in 1990. Dr. Cooke developed a multivitamin/mineral supplement, a 40-30-30 meal supplement powder and he is the creator and developer of this book, Core Camp® 03-30. Dr. Cooke is a lecturer on 40-30-30 nutrition and has also developed strength and conditioning programs for various individuals. He continues to provide chiropractic care to high school, college and professional athletes. Dr. Cooke now resides in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters. He is the owner of a multi-disciplinary practice in Saddle Brook, NJ.
MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Joe Checchi is a consultant for Core Camp clients when movement dysfunction and pain are present. Graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Kinesiology, Dr. Joe enjoyed participating in various sports and began to appreciate how the human body works. In 2009 he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In Dr. Joe’s free time he enjoys spending time
with his wife and two sons in addition to playing golf and basketball.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. Jay has experience in training high school athletes, team training, as well as college athletes. Jay will push you to be the best you can be at Core Camp while making it a fun experience. When Jay isn’t at work he enjoys working out, skiing and playing golf.
